Station setup
Configure your first station
Stations define where and how devices are processed in Checkup.
When your first workspace is created, Checkup automatically creates a default station for you.
Before processing devices, we recommend giving the station a recognizable name and reviewing its configuration.
Open your station settings
- Go to Processing > Stations.
- Find the station you want to configure.
- Click the three-dot menu at the end of the station row.
- Select Edit.
The Edit Station window will open.
Change the station name
Give each station a clear name so users can easily identify where devices are being processed.
- Open Edit Station.
- Update the Station name.
- Click Save.
You can name stations based on their location, workstation, team or purpose.
Review the station configuration
The Edit Station window also contains the processing options used by that station.
Depending on your configuration, you can review settings such as:
- Grading profile
- Automatic activation for iOS devices
- Automatic app installation
- Automatic app removal
- Automatic label printing
Review the settings you want to use and click Save when you're finished.
Initialize your station
Once your station is configured, you can initialize it when you're ready to start processing devices.
From Processing > Stations, click Initialize next to the station you want to use.
If Checkup Agent has not been installed yet, download it before starting your processing session.
