Finalize a station
If you have access to the linked agent
When the linked agent is available, the recommended way to finalize the station is by using the verification code generated by the agent.
- Go to Stations, find the station you want to finalize and click the three-dot action menu for that station.
- Select Finalize station.
- A confirmation pop-up will open. Keep this pop-up open.
- Open the Checkup Agent on the linked computer.
- Locate and copy the verification code displayed by the agent.
- Return to Checkup and enter the verification code.
- Click Finalize to complete the process.
Once confirmed, the station will be finalized and any ongoing processing on that station will stop.
If you don't have access to the linked agent
If the computer running the agent is no longer available or you cannot access it, you can release the agent directly from your workspace settings.
- Go to Settings > Plan & Agents.
- Under Linked agents, locate the agent associated with the station.
- Click Unlink.
After the agent has been unlinked, it will be released from your workspace, allowing you to connect a new agent and continue using the station as needed.
